Dr. Paul K. Jones is currently Program Director, Graduate Entry Medicine, Swansea University, UK. He has a strong background in training, hospital management and leadership gained primarily from working in senior clinical, advanced practice roles. His research interests lie predominantly, but not exclusively, in simulation, assessment and innovative teaching methods. Publications include mental workload measurement during student consultations, social learning theory, the predictive value of self-assessed clinical skills in medical students an evaluation of the use of experiential learning in teaching clinical skills to trainee physicians.
